How do matches work?
At the event, you’ll log into your njdates Match App to guide you through the event. 
You'll select who you'd like to connect with, and we’ll email your mutual matches the next morning.
No awkward exchanges. No pressure. Just simple, streamlined matching.

How many dates will I have?
Each event varies depending on group size, but you can usually expect to meet between 10 and 15 people in one night.

How long will the dates be?
Each mini-date lasts about 5–6 minutes—just enough time to get a feel for the vibe.
Our Match App will guide you through the event as the night flows.

Is the Match App easy to use?
Super easy.
It takes less than a minute to create your profile, and everything works right from your phone—no app store download needed.
You’ll simply log in, choose your matches, and we’ll handle the rest.

What's your refund policy?
You can cancel for a full refund up to 72 hours (3 days) before the event.
Need to cancel closer to the date? No problem—you'll receive a credit for a future njdates event.

Will my personal info be shared?
Nope!
Nobody will be asking for your phone number, socials, or anything personal during the event.
All communication happens privately through the email after a mutual match is made.

Can I come alone?
Yes, absolutely! Most people come solo.
It’s completely normal to feel a little nervous at first, but the vibe is warm, welcoming, and designed to make you feel comfortable right away. Trust us—you’ll settle in quickly.
